Humans started out by being naturally active. Play more with your kids. Go for a walk with your husband. Go for a jog with a friend on your lunch break. Pop on cardio tape. Dance to your favorite girly playlist after a stressful day at work. All of these things are physical. Workout for plus size girl or woman is optional. Eat healthier food than junk food and be more active than stagnant.
